Alkaline Soup - simple&easy

Here I share a simple soup recipe to warm up your days. This recipe helps cleanse the body from acid and keeps your tummy and heart warm during the cold winter days.

Ingredients for 4 portions:

1 onion 1 carrot 2 pieces of Tuscan kale 2 tbsp tamari sauce 1 cup of white quinoa 1 bay leaf Few lemon squeezes (optional) 1 drop of Coriander oil from doTERRA (optional)

To garnish (optional):

roasted black sesame seeds alfalfa sprouts dried ginger salt and pepper to your liking


Slice onions and carrots. Chop kale. Place everything in a pot with about 6 cups of water, quinoa and bay leaf. Bring to boil. Simmer down before adding the tamari sauce. Garnish before serving. Serve with love.
