Lactation Smoothie
Oats and nutritional yeast are known for their pro-lacting qualities. Tahini, also known as sesame paste, is full of iron, something much needed when nursing.

Ingredients for one large glass:
1 banana 2 cups of oat milk 1 teaspoon of cashew/almond butter 1 teaspoon of tahini 1 teaspoon of nutritional yeast 1 teaspoon of wheat bran
