For my #chocolate #addiction , I came up with this recipe packed with #magnesium . My last #pregnancy , I’ve been dealing with leg cramps in the night, which can be caused by a lack of magnesium. Since I believe that food is medicine, I started making this #smoothie and my cramps have been a lot better.
2-3 tsp raw cacao 2-3 bananas 1 tsp maca 1 cup oat milk (or vegetable milk of your choice) 1 tsp cashew cream 1 tsp flax seeds 1 tsp chia seeds (optional) 1 tsp raw chocolate nibs to garnish (optional) 1 add maca (optional) for an extra kick of energy
Mix all ingredients together in your blender. Add berries and raw cacao nibs on top.
