The coconut butter (in German: Kokosmus) makes all the difference. It's become one of our favorite kitchen staples. No additional sweetener required, as the banana and coconut butter is naturally sweet.
Lucuma, a Peruvian superfood, contains many nutrients including beta-carotene, iron, zinc, vitamin B3, calcium and protein. It can also be used as a natural sweetener.
This hearty smoothie is full of healthy fats, vitamin c, potassium, magnesium and antioxidants. A great start in the day!
Add a few ice cubes for cooling effect. &enjoy!
