Tropical Smoothie

naturally sweet, vitamin c bomb



The Peruvian in me craves some exotic produce every once in a while. Try out this smoothie if you're in the mood for your sweet tooth packed with vitamin c.

With the passion fruit's tangy flavor gives it a delicious contrast to the sweet mango. I recommend to start the morning with a papaya as it's a nutritious fruit and easy to digest so early in the morning.


ingredients:

1 mango

1 papaya

1 passion fruit

5 raspberries

optional: 1 tsp chia seeds


instructions:

Add all the ingredients in the blender or NutriBullet. Add water or orange juice. Mix until smooth. And enjoy!
