Alchemy of Breath + Sound

A ceremony for renewed energy and new beginnings 

With this Breath and Sound journey, we desire for you to restore your energies to begin the season of spring with renewed energy. 

In this ceremony, we will create space energetically for us to call in the new and make peace with the old. Our guides will be our breath to alchemize what is ready to be released and renewed. Followed by the sounds of singing bowls and the harp to integrate the deep breath journey. 

New beginnings are simultaneously endings. In the Earth Offering Ritual, we will honor both sides of the journey to new beginnings. The lessons that were brought to us and what we are ready to move away from to head to newness.
