About the Event

A ceremony to honor the shortest day of the year, also known as Winter Solstice. Also known as Yule, it is a celebration to honor the shortest day of the year and longest night.

You will create our own smudge bundle and incense blend to take home. As well as learn about the various herbs, incenses, colors of candles for your altar, you can use during these nights.

We gather to honor the past year and give thanks for all that it had to offer. We look forward to the year ahead of us and prepare energetically for the 12 Sacred Nights of stillness and magical intention setting for the New Year.

In this ceremonial gathering, we will:

✦ create and hold sacred space for yourself and each other

✦ understand what these dark days and nights represent

✦ connect with the Wise Woman Archetype

✦ create ritual with a burning bowl

✦ shamanic shaking and movement to transform energies within our bodies

✦ create a smudge bundle.
