A profound practice I have found solace in this bitterly cold season is the ritualistic Twelve Nights. Every year I send out a series of emails, one for each night, plus an introduction to the practice. Self paced in the quietness of your own company, with my guidance. 
 
Every night brings its own mystique and message. A practice to invite more stillness, rest and reflection to tie ends close and open the threshold of the new year energetically.
