this is a collection of favorite books on the connection of the moon cycle and the menstrual cycle. i'd thought it would be fun to share some of my personal recommendations from time to time.
i always loved reading. ever since i was a little girl. my mom would take me to the library and would have to give me a limit of how many books i was allowed to take home with me.
my love for reading has since not stopped. of course as a mama of two little ones, i don't always have the time, and i often end up starting many books and not fully finishing them. however, i trust that it's a phase, and that i read what i need to hear in that moment.
one of the topics i find most interesting is the connection between the menstrual cycle and the moon cycle. it seems for me so apparent the various connections that exist! something i love to share with you at my Moon Cave, a workshop for you to connect with your menstrual cycle.
Anyway, now to the book recommendations -
